Since joining Keller in 2013, Hiu has progressed from field engineering and project management roles into executive leadership, gaining extensive experience managing complex geotechnical construction projects across Ontario and Eastern Canada. In his current role, Hiu is responsible for the overall management of Keller’s Eastern Canada operations, including strategy development, business growth, client relationships, operational performance, and organizational leadership. His expertise spans deep foundations, earth retention systems, ground improvement, and major infrastructure projects.
Hiu earned a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.
Since joining Keller in 2017, Bill has progressed through engineering, project management, and preconstruction leadership roles, becoming a key member of Ontario’s estimating and design team. Bill specializes in deep foundation and earth retention systems, including caissons, secant piles, diaphragm walls, shoring, and other specialty geotechnical solutions. In his current role, he leads preconstruction planning, estimating, conceptual design development, and client collaboration for complex infrastructure and building projects throughout Ontario.
He earned a Master of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Toronto. Bill is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario and serves on the Executive Committee of the Canadian Geotechnical Society – Southern Ontario Section.
Jason has over 25 years of heavy construction experience. He is responsible for organizing and managing all construction-related activities in Ontario, including manpower and equipment allocation, as well as project scheduling. Since joining Keller in 2011, he has advanced through leadership roles including Supervisor, Eastern Division Operations Superintendent, and Operations Manager, becoming a key member of Keller’s Ontario management team.
Since joining Keller in 2013, he has progressed from Field Technician to Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, gaining experience across a wide range of geotechnical construction solutions. His expertise includes micropiles, anchors, jet grouting, ground improvement, earth retention systems, caissons, secant pile walls, driven piles, and load testing. In his current role, Mark is responsible for project management, estimating, proposals, and the delivery of complex geotechnical construction projects throughout Ontario.
He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from McMaster University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.
Anojan oversees project delivery and operations for complex geotechnical and specialty foundation projects throughout the region. During his time with Keller, he has progressed through multiple leadership and project management roles, developing expertise in deep foundations, ground improvement, grouting, excavation support, and large-scale infrastructure and mining-related projects.
Anojan is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from McMaster University. He is also an active member of the Tunneling Association of Canada (TAC).
Henry joined Keller in 2016 and has progressed through multiple engineering and project management roles at Keller and currently leads the delivery of complex geotechnical construction projects throughout Ontario. His expertise includes ground improvement, grouting, deep foundations, continuous flight auger (CFA) piles, and excavation support systems. Henry is also a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Ottawa, where his research focuses on the mechanics of unsaturated soils and the behavior of problematic soils.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, a Master of Applied Science from the University of Ottawa, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.
