John is an experienced geotechnical engineer and construction professional with a long tenure working in the AEC industry. He is also a seasoned businessman with over 20 years of diverse experience from engineering and business consulting, tech sector to construction.
In his current role as Business Development Manager for Central and North Texas, he works closely with leadership and executive teams to assess opportunities, focusing on strategic growth, building business partnerships, and fostering client engagement.
Fred holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University–Kingsville and a MS in Construction Management from the University of Texas at Arlington. He joined Keller (formerly Hayward Baker) in 2010 as a Field Engineer and has since advanced through multiple leadership roles, managing diverse geotechnical solutions across several regions.
As Branch Manager, Fred oversees Keller’s operations in Dallas, Austin, and Kansas City, focusing on delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective ground engineering solutions. He is dedicated to building long-term client partnerships through collaboration, technical excellence, and reliable project execution.
Ross is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and holds a BS in Construction Management. After gaining initial experience working for general contractors, he joined Keller (then Hayward Baker) in 2014 as Estimator. Since then, he has held a variety of roles within the organization and was promoted to Pre-Construction Manager in 2023.
In his current role, Ross leads the pre-construction efforts for Keller’s Dallas office. His responsibilities include estimating a wide range of earth retention and deep foundation techniques, project management, and ensuring smooth transitions from preliminary design through execution.
