Matt has over a decade of experience in the civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, and construction industries. With experience spanning engineering, sales, and business development, he brings a strong technical foundation combined with an understanding of strategic business planning, project delivery, and client relationship development. He works closely with clients and Keller's technical and operational teams to understand project challenges, identify opportunities for early engagement, and develop cost-effective solutions for complex geotechnical construction projects.
Matt has over a decade of experience in heavy construction and geotechnical project delivery. He has progressed through roles including Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, leading complex projects and overseeing teams through all phases of execution. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University.
Steven has been with Keller since 2011 and has advanced through roles including Field Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Pre-Construction Manager. In his current role, he leads estimating, proposal development, and preconstruction efforts for complex geotechnical and foundation projects across the Gulf Coast region.
He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Houston.
