Keller's Miami team is actively involved in organizations including the Association of Building Contractors, the Association of General Contractors, the Contractors Association of South Florida, the Geo-Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Deep Foundations Institute, and the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, supporting industry leadership across Florida.
Mike leads operations, business development, pre-construction planning, and project execution throughout South Florida. With more than 20 years of construction and geotechnical engineering experience, Mike has managed over 150 projects involving auger cast piles, support of excavation systems, rigid inclusions, permeation grouting, deep soil mixing, and other specialty foundation solutions.
Since joining Keller in 2013, he has advanced through project management and executive leadership roles before being promoted to Branch Manager. In his current role, Mike oversees major geotechnical construction projects, mentors developing engineers and project managers, and works closely with clients to deliver innovative, safe, and cost-effective ground engineering solutions.
Mike earned both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico–Mayagüez and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
Jose has over 20 years of geotechnical construction experience. He leads preconstruction strategy and project development efforts for Keller's Florida operations and previously served as Project Executive for Keller.
In 2024, he entered his most recent role as Vice President of Pre-Construction. Jose is a Professional Engineer for the State of Florida and holds a bachelor’s and master’s in civil engineering from Florida International University.
