With over 20 years in the industry, Michael Meneses began his construction career in Puerto Rico after graduating from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez. He worked as a project manager overseeing residential and educational builds before relocating to Florida, where he joined Keller (formerly HJ Foundation) in 2013.
Since then, he has managed over 150 projects, specializing in auger cast foundations and expanding his expertise to include support of excavation, rigid inclusions, permeation grouting, and soil mixing. Michael leads major projects across Florida and other states, while actively mentoring junior team members. He emphasizes strong communication and emotional intelligence as key to fostering team growth and project success.

With over 20 years of geotechnical construction experience, Jose joined Keller (then HJ Foundation) in 2002 as an Assistant Project Manager. Since joining, he has been the Regional Manager and Director of Pre-Construction.
In 2024, he entered his most recent role as Vice President of Pre-Construction. Jose is a Professional Engineer for the State of Florida and holds a bachelor’s and master’s in civil engineering from Florida International University.
