Our team specializes in ground improvement, liquefaction mitigation, and deep foundation systems designed for the region’s challenging soil conditions and seismic hazards.
Based in Seattle, Keller supports projects across Washington, Idaho, and Alaska, as well as the broader Pacific Northwest. Our teams deliver geotechnical solutions for urban development, infrastructure, and waterfront construction across diverse site conditions.
The Seattle region presents significant geotechnical challenges driven by its seismic setting and complex soil conditions. Keller’s local teams have experience addressing:
Large earthquakes in the region can trigger widespread soil liquefaction, impacting infrastructure and foundation stability. These conditions require advanced geotechnical solutions to ensure resilience and long-term performance.
