Hiu Lee, M.Eng., P.Eng., is a Vice President at Keller North America.
Since joining Keller in 2013, Hiu has progressed from field engineering and project management roles into executive leadership, gaining extensive experience managing complex geotechnical construction projects across Ontario and Eastern Canada. In his current role, Hiu is responsible for the overall management of Keller’s Eastern Canada operations, including strategy development, business growth, client relationships, operational performance, and organizational leadership. His expertise spans deep foundations, earth retention systems, ground improvement, and major infrastructure projects.
Hiu earned a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.
Denis Orsini, P.Eng., is an Area Manager at Keller North America.
Denis has more than 20 years of experience in heavy civil and geotechnical construction, specializing in deep foundations, retaining structures, ground improvement, and specialty geotechnical solutions. Since joining Keller in 2020, Denis has held leadership roles, including Senior Engineer and Area Manager, overseeing estimating, engineering, operations, and project delivery throughout Québec.
Denis earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Concordia University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Québec.
