Anthony leads operations, business development, estimating, and project delivery throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. During his career with Keller, he has advanced through leadership roles, including Operations Manager, Project Executive, and Branch Manager, supporting a wide range of geotechnical construction projects. His expertise includes deep foundations, ground improvement, rigid inclusions, grouting, earth retention systems, and design-build geotechnical solutions.
In his current role, Anthony oversees regional operational performance, client relationships, and strategic growth initiatives while leading multidisciplinary project teams across the Mid-Atlantic market. He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University.
She has more than 20 years of experience in geotechnical and civil engineering and specializes in design-build geotechnical construction, including ground improvement, deep foundations, and earth retention systems. In her current role, she leads teams of geotechnical and structural engineers in developing and delivering innovative foundation and ground improvement solutions.
Valerie holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
Jeff leads operations, estimating, project planning, and execution for complex geotechnical construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Since joining Keller in 2015, Jeff has managed a wide range of foundation and ground engineering projects involving drilled shafts, micropiles, deep foundations, and specialty geotechnical solutions for data centers, commercial developments, infrastructure projects, and institutional facilities.
Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University.
Mark leads the design, estimating, and execution of complex geotechnical construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. His experience includes ground improvement, deep foundations, retaining walls, dewatering, support of excavation systems, and specialty geotechnical solutions for commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and energy developments. Since joining Keller in 2012, Mark has progressed through field engineering, project engineering, project management, and senior leadership roles, developing extensive expertise in project delivery, client relations, and technical problem-solving for challenging subsurface conditions.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Maryland and Virginia.
He has held roles with Keller since 2021, including Senior Project Manager and Project Executive, and is responsible for managing and delivering complex geotechnical construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. His experience includes deep foundation and ground improvement solutions, with involvement in projects using micropiles and other specialty geotechnical construction techniques.
Thomas is a licensed Professional Engineer and oversees project execution, client coordination, preconstruction planning, and technical delivery.
