Donald oversees dewatering and groundwater control projects throughout Southern California. He brings more than 20 years of local dewatering experience, supporting projects that include deep excavations, pipeline installations, dam remediation, and infrastructure construction. In his current role, Donald is involved in all phases of project delivery, including estimating and bidding, dewatering system design, crew management, materials coordination, and client relations.
Donald earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from California State University, San Bernardino.

He supports geotechnical construction projects across the western United States. With more than 35 years of industry experience, he has held roles in business development and technical sales at leading firms, bringing deep expertise in ground improvement, earth retention, and foundation systems.
Tim holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Arizona College of Mines.
