During his tenure with Keller, he has held senior operational leadership roles, including Area Manager and Branch Manager, overseeing project delivery, business development, estimating, client relationships, and operational performance across multiple markets.
John brings more than 20 years of experience in specialty geotechnical construction, with expertise in deep foundations, ground improvement, earth retention, and grouting solutions. In his current role, he provides strategic and operational leadership for Keller’s Arizona business and manages a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering complex geotechnical projects across the region.
Aaron Thomas is an Area Manager at Keller North America.
Aaron oversees the delivery of geotechnical construction projects throughout the Southwest. During his time with Keller, he has advanced through leadership roles, including Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, and Area Manager, and has developed expertise in deep foundations, ground improvement, earth retention systems, and grouting solutions. In his current role, Aaron is responsible for operational performance, project execution, client relationships, estimating, and business growth across the Arizona market.
Aaron earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University.
Daniel Roff is a Pre-Construction Manager at Keller North America.
Daniel leads estimating, preconstruction planning, and technical development for geotechnical construction projects across the Southwest. His expertise includes deep foundations, ground improvement, earth retention systems, grouting, and design-build geotechnical solutions. In his current role, Daniel supports project development from concept through procurement, working closely with owners, engineers, and contractors to develop cost-effective foundation and ground engineering solutions.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
