Mark brings over 18 years of experience in the heavy construction industry, including 12 years specializing in deep foundations with Keller. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and a PE license in Pennsylvania. As a key member of Keller’s Drilled Shaft Product Team, Mark has been pivotal in securing and executing large, complex projects nationwide. He oversees operations for the PA/OH Branch, emphasizing client partnership and delivering engineered solutions.

Carlos Medina holds a BS and MS from Lehigh University. He has been employed by Keller for 14 years. He is a registered engineer in PA and MD. Throughout his career he has focused on grouting project, micropiles and shoring solutions.
