As Florida's capital region continues to expand, projects often require specialized geotechnical solutions that support long-term infrastructure performance, minimize construction risks, and improve constructability.
Trey oversees operations, business development, project execution, and strategic growth throughout Central Florida. Since joining Keller in 2013, he has advanced through engineering, project management, and executive leadership roles while building extensive experience in deep foundations, excavation support, ground improvement, marine structures, and transportation infrastructure projects.
Trey earned both bachelor's and master's degrees in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and Alabama.
Dustin leads the ground improvement division for Central Florida and oversees the estimating, planning, and execution of complex geotechnical construction projects. Since joining Keller in 2009 as a Field Engineer, Dustin has advanced through project management and senior leadership roles while building extensive experience in rigid inclusions, vibro replacement, vibro compaction, soil mixing, deep foundations, and specialty ground improvement solutions.
In his current role, he is responsible for project delivery, client relationships, business development, engineering coordination, and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and residential projects throughout Florida. Dustin earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Florida.
