He has over a decade of experience in the civil and geotechnical engineering and construction industry. With roles ranging from engineering to sales & business development, he brings a strong technical foundation, paired with a deep understanding of strategic business planning, project delivery, client acquisition, and the management and growth of existing client relationships. He works closely with internal and external teams to drive strategic growth, manage client relationships, and deliver cost-effective solutions for complex geotechnical construction projects.
Matt received a BS in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and is a Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas and Florida.
Mat has over a decade of experience in heavy construction and geotechnical project delivery. He has progressed through roles including Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, leading complex projects and overseeing teams through all phases of execution. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University.
Steven has been with Keller since 2011 and has advanced through roles including Field Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Pre-Construction Manager. In his current role, he leads estimating, proposal development, and preconstruction efforts for complex geotechnical and foundation projects across the Gulf Coast region.
He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Houston.
Joshu leads Keller’s Wick Drains operations and supports large-scale ground improvement projects throughout the western United States. With more than three decades of experience in geotechnical and ground improvement construction, he has been involved in all aspects of wick drain projects from field laborer, operator, wick drain production and quality control, superintendent, project management, and engineering.
He has completed hundreds of projects, including the recent West Shore Lake Pontchartrain projects, various Entergy Substation Projects, Bluesky Data Center, Corpus Christi LNG, a VA hospital in New Orleans, the I-15 expansion in Salt Lake City, and many more.
