Sunil leads operations, business development, project execution, and strategic growth initiatives across Southern California. With extensive experience in geotechnical construction, he has managed a wide range of deep foundation, ground improvement, and earth retention projects for commercial, infrastructure, transportation, and industrial clients. He earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Maryland and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
He supports geotechnical construction projects across the western United States. With more than 35 years of industry experience, he has held roles in business development and technical sales at leading firms, bringing deep expertise in ground improvement, earth retention, and foundation systems.
Tim holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Arizona College of Mines.
Since joining Keller in 2017, he has progressed through roles including Project Intern, Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Preconstruction Manager. In his current role, he leads preconstruction efforts for geotechnical construction projects and supports estimating, planning, and project development activities.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of California San Diego and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Arizona.
Shane currently oversees US Foundations operations in our Pacific region, covering the Western United States and non-contiguous states. Shane holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and brings almost 30 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, design, and construction. He is a licensed Professional and Structural Engineer in Illinois.
Shane joined Keller (then Hayward Baker) in 2005 and has held progressive leadership roles across the Midwest and California, overseeing structural support and deep foundation operations throughout the western United States. In 2024, Shane was appointed to his current role of Senior Vice President.
