Justin joined Keller in 2018 and has progressed through leadership roles, including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, and Branch Manager. His experience includes deep foundations, geotechnical construction, project execution, and operational leadership on large infrastructure and commercial projects throughout the Southeast.
Justin earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
Mandi Petrella, PE, BCGE, is a Project Executive at Keller North America.
Mandi leads ground improvement design and project delivery throughout Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. She joined Keller in 2023 as a Senior Project Manager and was promoted to Project Executive in 2024.
Mandi earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, specializing in Geotechnical Engineering, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is a licensed Professional Engineer, a Board-Certified Geotechnical Engineer (BCGE), and has been recognized by the ASCE Geo-Institute as a New Face of Civil Engineering.
