Neil Nieburg is the HSEQ Director at Keller North America.

Neil leads the company’s health, safety, environmental, and quality programs across North America. With more than 25 years of experience at Keller, Neil began his career in 1999 with HJ Foundation (now Keller) as a field technician and has held a wide range of operational and safety leadership roles, including pile driver, procurement officer, shop safety manager, safety representative, HSEQ Director for multiple business units, and divisional HSEQ leadership positions. 

Neil focuses on partnering with operations, field leadership, and management teams to drive consistent safety performance, leadership accountability, risk management, and operational excellence throughout the organization. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Florida International University.
