Jose Martinez is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Keller North America.

Jose holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MS in manufacturing management from the University of Michigan. With over 25 years of experience, Jose began his career as a mechanical engineer working for Dupont and General Motors.

He joined Keller (then HJ Foundation) in 2005 as a shop/project manager. In 2008, he was promoted to operations manager, holding progressively more responsible roles overseeing all of Florida's operations. In 2022, he was promoted to branch manager overseeing Texas. In 2023, he began leading the Texas+ branch of the South Central BU, which included all of Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and a portion of Kansas City. In 2024, Jose was promoted to his current role of Senior Vice President Operations, overseeing all operations for North America.
