David Peitsch is the Chief Legal Officer at Keller North America.

David oversees the company’s legal, risk management, insurance, and compliance functions and has been with Keller since 1999. During his tenure, David has handled all facets of legal and insurance matters for Keller, including drafting and negotiating nearly all of its 21 acquisition agreements. Prior to joining Keller, he worked as a structural engineer and later held legal and engineering leadership roles in the construction industry. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Juris Doctor, and an MBA from the University of Maryland. He is a licensed PE in MD and NV and a licensed attorney in MD, NV, DC, and CO.
