Tanner Blackburn, VP of Engineering

Tanner Blackburn is Vice President Engineering of Keller in North America.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Middlebury College and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University.

Tanner is responsible for technical risk evaluation and management, engineering design competency, and innovation within Keller. Licensed in several states, he has been the designer of record and project manager for many ground improvement, grouting, piling, and earth retention projects. Tanner is an active member of the Geo-Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers (GI-ASCE) and the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI), serving on technical committees at the national level in both organizations.
