David Finocchio is the Vice President Business Development of Keller in North America.
David holds a BS and MS in civil engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a registered Professional Engineer (PE).
David is a highly experienced geotechnical construction professional with a long tenure working in the AEC industry. Since joining Keller in 2010 as a senior project manager, he has managed numerous challenging earth retention and deep foundation projects in urban environments, along the way, building authentic relationships across Keller’s North America businesses. David became Business Development Executive for Keller Northeast Business Unit in 2016, Director of Business Development in 2024 and entered his current role in 2026. David works closely with leadership and executive teams to assess opportunities, focusing on strategic growth, building business partnerships, and fostering client relations. He is a past Chair of ASCE’s oldest engineering association in the US, The Boston Society of Civil Engineers.
