Today (1 September) Keller is holding a company-wide Safety Stand Down.

A "Safety Stand-Down" is any event where employers talk directly to employees about safety.

Today, all site and shop staff across the world are stopping work for a period of time, to focus on communication between operators and ground crew and a new ‘see, hands, signal’ process.

Although we’re really proud of our industry-leading safety performance, to achieve our goal of zero harm, we have to find ways to do even better. The steps to follow as part of the ‘see, hands, signal’ process are simple and easy to remember, but they’re enough to prevent a serious incident whilst moving tools or equipment.
